Company Description: NEXCO Consultants is a company that helps clients discover solutions to their education and immigration-related problems. Located in Lahore, Pakistan, NEXCO Consultants offers solutions for career counseling, admission, visa extension, skilled migration, and employer sponsorship.
Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch office, manage staff, and ensure that all services provided to clients are of the highest quality. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for achieving performance goals and targets.
Qualifications:
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Education Consultancy.
- Experience in the education and/or immigration services industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Set targets for staff.
- Ability to manage and motivate staff to achieve targets and goals
- Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Expert in MS Office Skills.
- Experience in dealing with CRM is a plus.
