This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in retail operations, and a customer service mindset.
Qualifications include 2 to 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager, strong communication abilities, and knowledge of food and non-food retail. Candidates should be familiar with local market trends and possess inventory management skills.
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs160,00.00 per month.
