Job Description
The candidate in this position will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of all branch activities at SPW HI-TECH INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED. Responsibilities include maintaining financial responsibility for expenses, wages, and asset management; identifying operational deficiencies and implementing improvement plans; creating and maintaining weekly reports on operations and sales; as well as hiring and training branch employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business
- 2+ years’ management or supervisory experience
- Experience in hiring and training individuals
