Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager located in Karāchi. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing store operations, supervising employees, creating work schedules, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining sales goals and working with upper management to develop and implement business strategies.
Qualifications
- Retail Management, Sales Management, or relevant experience
- Excellent People Management skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to create work schedules and handle employee conflicts
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field
- Fluency in Urdu and English is a must
