Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Lahore involves overseeing branch operations, staff management, client relations, sales targets, and maintaining quality service delivery. Drive business growth, maintain efficiency, and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Sales and customer service experience
- Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and the beauty industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive sales targets and achieve business goals
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Managerial experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
