Job Description
DINERS is seeking a Branch Manager to lead in-store operations in Karachi, drive sales growth, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role includes supervising daily store activities, coaching and motivating staff, managing inventory and merchandising, analyzing sales reports, and coordinating promotions with Head Office. You will also address customer concerns, ensure cash and policy compliance, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business or Retail Management
- Experience: 3–5 years in retail (fashion preferred) with proven leadership
- Skills: strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Employment: Full-time; Rs70,00–Rs90,00/month; on-site in Karachi
