Job Description
Katib is looking to hire a Brand Associate. The selected candidate will be in charge of developing branding strategies, marketing campaigns, and overseeing the creative direction of multiple consumer and B2B brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Direction: Develop and oversee the creative vision for all visual content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and target audience appeal.
- Content Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including various marketing content types.
- Marketing Calendar: Develop and maintain a marketing calendar to align with campaigns and industry events.
- Conceptualization: Collaborate to develop innovative ideas for visual campaigns.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with internal teams for impactful campaigns.
- Market Research: Conduct audience research to enhance campaign relevance.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple projects to meet objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- 2-3 years brand building experience
- Advertising agency experience is a plus
- Strong creative vision and digital content skills
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Ability to multitask effectively under pressure
