Job Description
Talent Ibex seeks a Brand Designer to define bold, culturally relevant brand narratives across digital, social, motion, print, packaging, and experiential touchpoints. The successful candidate will lead visual direction, translate strategic briefs into high‑impact designs, own and evolve the brand system, and present work to stakeholders.
Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing, product, content, and employer branding teams, managing multiple deadlines, and mentoring junior designers.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design; 3+ years in brand, agency, or in‑house roles.
- Technical skills: Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Figma.
- Portfolio: Strong examples of layout, typography, color, and motion, with a clear sensibility for Gen Z and internet culture.
