Job Description
The Brand Director is responsible for overseeing the positioning and perception of our brands, leading a high-performing team in the branding department, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.
Key domains under the brand director’s scope include Creative, Marketing, Art, Retail, and PR.
Management:
- Build and manage a high-performing brand team, providing guidance and clear direction
- Oversee the visual and verbal identity of the brand, monitoring brand equity and implementing strategies for enhancement
- Utilize IMC practices to ensure consistent messaging and collaborate with other departments for alignment
- Establish KPIs, conduct market research, and make data-driven decisions
Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive brand strategy aligning with company goals, refining the brand’s value proposition
