Job Description
As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, conducting market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and safeguarding the reputation of our brand through effective communication and crisis management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee the development of marketing collateral, including advertising materials, product packaging, and digital content.
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support brand initiatives and campaigns.
- Protect and enhance the brand reputation through effective communication and crisis management strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Experience in crisis or reputation management preferred.
- Advanced degree or professional certification in Marketing is a plus.
