Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, especially digital.
- Creative Oversight & Brand Management
- Supervise the development and execution of creative content for marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Foster innovation and creativity in marketing communication to uphold reinforce brand identity and drive brand awareness.
- Possess a creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and articulate the big picture for marketing initiatives.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Utilize data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor revenue, margins, and profits, proposing adjustments to maximize performance.
- Analyze business, commercials, and growth metrics, utilizing insights to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns with the Performance Marketing Team

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience working in marketing or across various marketing, brand, and digital functions
- Proven experience in marketing leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
