Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be the go-to person for Breeze platform within CareCloud.
- Collaborate with clients for on-time project delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer through client-focused agendas.
- Provide expert guidance and collect client data for configuration.
- Develop and execute training plans and project tasks.
- Prepare status updates for management.
- Offer advice on CareCloud’s best practices and provide client training.
- Utilize tools to standardize the implementation process.
- Identify and communicate project risks to stakeholders.
- Assess system use and processes, recommending improvements.
- Manage client relationships for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Assist clients in identifying areas for process improvement.

- Employ a consultative approach, embracing diverse viewpoints.
