Job Description
Elite HRSP is currently in search of a seasoned Building Manager to lead the operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess 10 to 15 years of building management experience and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance of building systems, manage staff, respond to tenant inquiries, control expenses, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree, 10–15 years of relevant experience, and proficient communication skills.
