Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and highly analytical Business Analyst to join our team in the Aftersales Services & Spare Parts division. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting detailed market research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing our aftersales services and spare parts business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing data related to customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Identifying areas for improvement in pricing, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Developing and implementing strategies to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish effective communication and alignment.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
