Job Description
A Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and assessing a company’s business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business needs
- Develop and execute test plans to validate new systems or processes
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
