Job Description
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to define business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria aligning with project goals and Agile principles.
- Ensure user stories are implemented as intended and delivered on time.
- Provide insights for process improvements based on Agile best practices.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development team for effective communication.
- Conduct system analyses, data analysis, and participate in release planning.
- Proactively identify and address project issues and risks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with focus on Agile methodology.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and frameworks.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
