Job Description

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst-IT Department for our client, HR Plug-In.

Qualification & Experience: BS CS & 1+ Year experience in an Analyst Role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and detailed requirements for IT projects.
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, efficiency gains, or automation opportunities.
  • Work with data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and use this analysis to inform IT solutions and reporting requirements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business process flows, use cases, data dictionaries, and functional specifications.
  • Coordinate with the IT department to ensure that systems and applications are seamlessly integrated with other systems in the organization, such as ERP, SAP systems, CRM platforms, and data warehouses.

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.
