Job Description
A Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and provide solutions through technology. They analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
The primary responsibilities of a Business Analyst include gathering and documenting requirements, conducting feasibility studies, performing data analysis, and creating functional specifications. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects and deliverables.
Additionally, a Business Analyst plays a crucial role in project management by facilitating communication between stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring project milestones are achieved within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
Key qualifications for this role include strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation. Experience with business process modeling and knowledge of industry-standard analysis tools are also highly desirable.
