Job Description
Position Title: Junior Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Participate in sales calls to comprehensively understand client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to elicit and document detailed requirements.
- Create detailed proposals based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with our capabilities and services.
- Facilitate a seamless transition from sales to project management.
- Ensure all necessary information is transferred for a successful project initiation.
- Draft Statements of Work (SOW) that outline project scope and deliverables.
- Continuously gather and refine requirements as the project progresses.
- Develop user stories that define specific features and functionality.
- Utilize Clickup/Jira for project tracking, task management, and collaboration.
- Maintain project-related documentation and updates within ClickUp/Jira.
- Effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and development teams.
- Translate technical information into clear, non-technical language for clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
Work Hours: 10 am to 7 pm (Onsite)
