IODIGITAL is a dynamic and innovative digital media agency specializing in web and mobile development, digital media advertising, creative design, and digital PR. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team and lead the development process from client requirements to project delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and gather detailed requirements for digital media projects.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, requirements specifications, and project plans.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, milestones and plan for timely and successful project delivery.
- Lead cross-functional development teams, including web and mobile development, design, and digital media advertising, to achieve project goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of project updates, timelines, and expectations.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Navigate changes in project scope or requirements, adjusting strategies and priorities as needed to keep projects on track.
- Advocate for a user-centric approach, ensuring that development teams prioritize features and enhancements that align with user needs and business objectives.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, computer science, etc.).
Experience:
- At least 3-4 years of related experience as a Business Analyst in a digital agency or related industry.
- Strong background in business analysis and agile project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation.
- Familiarity with web and mobile development processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
