Job Description
Responsible for enhancing overall business efficiency by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of both IT and business functions. This position involves analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Facilitating communication between business stakeholders and teams.
- Documenting business requirements, functional specs, and process flows.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless system integration.
- Assisting in project planning, monitoring progress, and addressing risks.
- Ensuring quality assurance by working with teams.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management concepts.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA) is a plus.
