Job Description
Oak Street Technologies is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge the gap between IT capabilities and business goals. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and conducting user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes and develop solutions.
- Stay updated on IT advancements to modernize systems.
- Communicate insights effectively to team members and management.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and maintain procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Requirements and Skills:
- Degree in IT / Computer Science.
- Experience in eliciting requirements and writing SQL queries.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
