Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
Location: Karachi (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the US healthcare industry. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in analyzing business processes, system requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic solutions. This role involves close collaboration with healthcare stakeholders to improve efficiency, compliance, and patient outcomes through data-driven insights and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements with healthcare industry standards in mind.
- Identify inefficiencies in healthcare processes and propose solutions to streamline workflows.
- Analyze data to support business decisions related to patient care, compliance, and quality improvement.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop and implement healthcare systems or software solutions.
- Bridge communication between technical and business teams for effective project implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Information Systems.
- 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, healthcare software, and process mapping.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
