Job Description
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Manage and prioritize the backlog of user stories, issues, and tasks in Jira.
- Facilitate the Agile process and practices, acting as a scrum master when necessary.
- Develop detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.
- Budget and forecast planning, and monitoring financial variances within the project framework using Jira reports.
- Create and maintain detailed business process documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies using Jira analytics.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
- Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic and business planning.
- Evaluate, test, and recommend new opportunities for enhancing software, hardware, and IT processes.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Mandatory expertise in Jira; certification in Jira/Atlassian tools is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and Agile project management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to analyze business processes and workflows.
- Experience with SQL, data analysis, and performance metrics.
- Ability to effectively articulate and present complex concepts and ideas to senior IT management, functional, and business teams.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.
