Job Description
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player.
You will be a senior system/business analyst responsible for the analysis of new software products and enhancements to existing products.
Responsibilities:
- Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
- Monitor current procedures and practices for accomplishing group objectives and make recommendations for improved procedures and practices.
- Communicate with customers to analyze and document business requirements.
- Discuss and research business models for optimized solutions for new features and enhancements.
- Document the functional requirements and business objectives that correspond to the architecture, design, and user interface.
- Participate in design and specification review meetings to ensure all functional and usability requirements are implemented.
- Facilitate meetings with the team to share the process and progress of items.
- Maintain project and client-specific matrix documents.
- Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
- Prepare and present results of analysis to management/team and work with the team to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements such as capacity planning, volume forecasting, and unit costing.
- Demonstrate good listening and writing skills to comprehend detailed and in-depth analysis.
- Create audit checklists and processes for all functions.
Technical skills:
- Preferably, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education.
- Experience in requirement gathering and preparing analysis is a must.
- Experience in managing task boards, conducting scrums, demos, sprint planning, and requirement grooming sessions.
- Should have good enough knowledge of SQL Server to analyze the data flow of the application’s Management / Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the US team.
- BSCS degree in computer sciences is a must.
- Team management and strong leadership skills.
- Good analytic and decision-making skills.
