Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for day-to-day running of the project
- Create Project Scope of Works, BRDs, Project Specification documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, product wireframing and flow charts that will help in presenting project status, explaining problems and roadblocks, and describing solutions
- Understand the product and internal processes
- Take up projects that are starting, underway, and completed as well
- Communicate with offshore clients via phone and email
- Monitor progress of multiple projects, identify issues before they occur, and help resolve problems
- Elicit business and functional requirements, including architectural and infrastructure requirements, workflows, end-to-end system flows, data mapping, business rules, and use cases
- Track project progress using various tools
- Participate in meetings with Design & Development Technical Leads and Engineers
- Track individual project tasks
- Ensure projects are moving towards completion
- Assist in resolving issues by acting as a coordinator and negotiator
- Communicate statuses and challenges to sales and account management teams
- Understand the client’s business and the effort required to realize the project
- Communicate effectively with a multitude of teams
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential solution options
- Contribute to the feasibility and cost-benefit analysis of potential solution options
- Provide technical support to project team members
- Provide defect triage support to QA
The ideal candidate should be proficient in English communication.
