Job Description
Experience: 2+ years in a software house or fintech
Job Role:
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance and coaching.
- Oversee end-to-end business analysis process, ensuring effective communication.
- Develop and implement requirements management processes.
- Assess project risks and oversee quality assurance activities.
- Deliver training programs to enhance business analysis skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry.
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and Monday.com.
