Responsibilities:
- Promptly assist customers with technical issues, providing efficient solutions.
- Strong time management and quick decision-making skills.
- Maintain composure and customer focus during troubleshooting.
- Create technical diagrams and design solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts.
Technical Skills:
- Troubleshooting in Windows, SQL, Networking.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Crystal Reports).
- Experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, and data-driven product evaluation.
Soft Skills:
- Strong team, time, and stress management.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science & Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
