Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide end user support with Dynamics Business Central ERP System. This includes reviewing and resolving system transactional issues, and assistance with system functionality.
- Identify business and technical opportunities for process improvement. Own functional delivery from end to end for assigned projects. Conduct end-user training and stakeholder reviews.Administer system setup of users and permissions.
- Conduct research into systems issues and present ideas/data to varied audiences. Highly self-motivated with attention to detail. Comfortable in a technical environment with rapid changes. Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field. 3 years of ERP solution experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills. Understanding of operational and business workflows. Comprehensive knowledge of systems development lifecycle.
