Job Description
Assist in hiring of resources according to the approved headcount.
Conducting interviews and screening process.
Managing hiring headcount and induction approvals.
Maintaining recruitment, hiring MIS and preparing dashboard.
Ensuring the Objective Setting & Mid-Year Reviews, performance improvement plans are completed for Branch Staff.
Assist in carrying out the TNA for employees after the yearly performance reviews.
Maintaining the Intern Head Count as per the Business Plan.
Managing the hiring, onboarding of interns at branch level.
Processing the Intern Payroll.
Dealing with the HR related matters of branch staff and ensure their resolution.
Regional Managers visit plans & record keeping of monthly meeting minutes with follow up.
Any other task/ responsibility handed over by Line Manager.
