Job Description
Overview:
We are hiring highly skilled Power BI Analysts with a finance background. Ideal candidates have experience in business statistics, identifying key performance measures, and a background in the fashion apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop advanced reporting, analytics, and dashboards using Power BI. Analyze business statistics for trends and areas for improvement.
- Financial Analysis: Interpret financial data, monitor performance metrics, and develop financial models.
- Strategic Planning: Identify KPIs and develop strategies for business performance improvement.
- Data Integrity & Management: Ensure data accuracy in reports and collaborate with IT for data governance.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work with stakeholders, present findings to senior management, and provide training on BI tools.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field, with proven experience as a Power BI Analyst. Fashion apparel industry experience is an advantage.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI and BI tools, strong analytical skills, data modeling expertise, MS Excel proficiency.
