Job Description
ADMK SOLUTIONS seeks a proactive Business Development Manager / Bidding Specialist to source and bid on projects across Upwork, Freelancer.com, and Fiverr Business. You will identify suitable opportunities, craft customized high-conversion proposals, manage initial client communications, follow up, track proposal status, and coordinate with our team for technical clarifications.
- Requirements: proven bidding experience on major freelance platforms, excellent written English, strong proposal-writing skills, and ability to qualify leads; familiarity with IT/web/app/digital services preferred.
- KPIs: daily proposals submitted, client response rate, qualified leads, and deal conversions.
- Full-time, in-person role. Compensation: Rs45,00–50,00/month plus performance incentives and advancement opportunities.
