Job Description
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager, a key player in our team, to help us expand our clientele. As the face of our company, you will have the crucial responsibility of creating and implementing an effective sales strategy that will significantly contribute to our growth.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identify new markets and customer needs through research
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing client objectives
- Prepare sales contracts and maintain records
- Provide after-sales support and feedback
- Build long-term customer relationships
Requirements and Skills:
- 3-4 years of business development experience
- Proven sales track record
- Customer support and CRM software proficiency
- Proficiency in English, market knowledge, and negotiation skills
- Rapport-building, time management, and planning skills
