LTEC International Agriculture Development Co., Ltd is a CPEC-based chili farming company in Pakistan since 2016. We seek a Business Development Assistant passionate about agriculture, knowledgeable in vegetable cultivation, and experienced in chili procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain farmer relationships for chili cultivation.
- Oversee chili procurement from local sources.
- Collaborate with agriculture team for crop enhancement.
- Assist in implementing business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or related field.
- Practical experience in crop cultivation.
- Familiarity with vegetable cultivation, especially chili crops.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Passion for sustainable agriculture.
