Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Associate Business Developer to join our team at Devsinc. Your primary role will involve identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive new business opportunities and support our sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Utilize lead generation tools to build a robust prospect pipeline.
- Execute targeted outreach strategies to connect with potential clients.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals showcasing our offerings’ value.
- Cultivate relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead to closed deals.
- Engage in industry events and networking to broaden our presence.
- Aid in creating and updating sales materials and marketing collateral.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- 6 months to 1 year of business development experience, particularly in Services.
- Demonstrated ability in lead qualification using tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adept at time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Shift Timing: 6pm-3am, onsite role.
