What You’ll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and lucrative opportunities.
• Discover and cultivate new leads to expand our reach and influence using Email campaigns, Cold calls, etc.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date client database in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies effectively.
• Foster strong relationships with new clients while nurturing existing ones.
• Design and execute sales strategies, client service plans, and retention efforts.
• Assist in developing compelling business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other essential documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred 0-1 year of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field.
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under pressure.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
