Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. If you have a flair for client communication, problem-solving talent, and a passion for customer satisfaction, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, handle inquiries, and provide best practice guidance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and maximize profits.
- Nurture high-growth customers for expansion opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs.
- Develop new business with existing clients and identify improvement areas.
- Prepare reports on account status and assist with challenging client requests.
Experience:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year in IT Design and Development industry with sales experience in websites, applications, and e-books.
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 10-A, Karachi, Pakistan
Timings: Night Shift 08:00 pm to 05:00 am
