Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development executive (Software) to join our team and drive the sales of our innovative software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and effectively presenting how our software can meet those needs. You will guide clients through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of software products, and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate the benefits of our offerings. Collaboration and relationship-building are key, as you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. If you have a passion for technology and a proven track record in software sales, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

● Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels targeting the USA, Canada, UK geos.

● Conduct research using tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to identify potential prospects and gather key information.

● Engage with potential clients, nurturing relationships to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by delivering on the following KPI

○ Confirmed Discovery calls/ BANT leads from the ICP

● Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the senior sales team with qualified leads.

● Develop a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 platforms and services and custom software development offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and optimize lead generation efforts.

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets.

Qualifications:

● 2 years of proven experience in sales development or a similar role within the IT services industry.

● Strong understanding of one of the following ERP/ CRM services

○ Dynamics 365 ecosystem

○ SAP

○ Oracle

○ Salesforce

○ Software development services

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to put together PowerPoints, pitches and excel

● You need to be data driven when it comes to reporting, which is a vital part of this job role.

● Proficiency in using sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo.

● Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.

● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

● Experience working with clients in the western market is a must.

Pay: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
