Job Description

As a Business Development Executive for International Clients with CadreSpace, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s international expansion. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling to identify and engage potential international clients. This role requires an understanding of various international markets and the ability to establish strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:
    • Conduct regular outbound calls to identify potential clients in international markets.
    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outreach methods.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with international clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
    • Understand and cater to the unique needs and challenges of international clients.
  • Sales & Client Acquisition:
    • Persuasively present company products or services to international clients.
    • Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets set for international markets.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align efforts with the needs of international clients.
    • Participate in team meetings and share insights from client interactions to help refine strategies.
  • Basic Market Analysis:
    • Keep abreast of trends in international markets relevant to the company’s products or services.
    • Provide feedback on market conditions and client preferences to aid in product development.
  • Administrative & Reporting Tasks:
    • Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and sales.
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on international business development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales and business development, with a focus on outbound calling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in engaging international clients.
  • Basic understanding of international market dynamics.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and telecommunication platforms.
  • This role may involve adjusting working hours to accommodate different international time zones.
