Job Description
CbSol is looking for outgoing candidates with a passion for business development. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts with clients on Upwork. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Developers, Designers, and Quality Assurance (QA) Testers.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze bid requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare accurate and compelling bids on time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather essential information.
- Research and identify potential business opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and client needs.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor bid outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with bidding procedures and regulations.
- Proven experience as a Bidder or in a similar role.
Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year
