Job Description
Location: Lahore (In-house, morning shift)

Classic Programmers is a dynamic digital agency specializing in web development, app development, and various digital solutions. Our focus is on client acquisition and enhancing internal processes to solidify our position as a leader in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Generation Specialist and Business Development Representative (BDR) to execute the sales strategy.
- Handle team management responsibilities, including task delegation and performance evaluation.
- Execute tasks of a Sales Development Representative (SDR) while also working as an Account Executive (AE).
- Send personalized messages, cold emails, and conduct cold calls to potential leads.
- Manage bulk emailing, set up automations, and handle client meetings.
- Handle client interactions and follow-ups post-meeting bookings by the BDR or self.
- Utilize LinkedIn, email marketing, and Apollo for lead generation and outreach.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR and at least 6 months experience as an AE.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership tendencies and ability to manage a team effectively.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using LinkedIn, email marketing, and Apollo.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
Additional Details:
- In-house position for 5 days a week in the morning shift, with potential for remote work based on experience.
- Flexibility to accommodate remote work for experienced candidates.
- Willingness to collaborate effectively with the Lead Generation Specialist and BDR teams.
- Ability to handle remote work monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Certification or training in sales, leadership, or related areas.
- Experience in a startup or agency environment is a plus.
