Position Overview: As a Business Development Executive at DevExcel IT Solutions, you will drive market expansion, revenue growth, and client relationships. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals. You will utilize strategic planning, market analysis, and effective communication. Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and freelance platforms is beneficial. Collaboration, delivering results, and being part of a dynamic team are key elements of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads, prospects, and develop a strong sales pipeline.
- Experience with bidding processes on freelance platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and networking is highly advantageous.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, utilizing this information to enhance our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience in sales/business development within the IT industry.
Skills To Have:
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
