Hala Digital is actively seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive. We are looking for individuals who want to grow their career in business development, sales, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct research to identify potential clients, market segments, and avenues for business growth.
- Lead Generation: Utilize different platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork or email marketing to generate qualified leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts to facilitate the closing of new business deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs through ongoing market research.
- Track and Report Progress: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities and provide regular updates to management.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries to effectively convert them into business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, driven by a passion for achieving targets.
