Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree with 1-2 years experience in IT, SaaS, or Software Industry.
- Good understanding of lead generation, account management, cross-selling, and up-selling techniques.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Generation Team to nurture leads from various sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross sell and upsell.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Develop strategies to retain key accounts and prevent churn.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue and client acquisition.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
