Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our Sales team at InstaCare. As a Business Development Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate calls to potential customers with the goal of achieving your sales quota. To excel in this role, we expect you to be an outstanding communicator and listener with a professional, but friendly approach. You will deliver quality and tailored solutions to prospects based on their needs and priorities, both online and offline. Additionally, you will be responsible for understanding customers’ goals, plans, and challenges, and offering appropriate solutions. Other key responsibilities include meeting or exceeding monthly financial and sales targets, managing customers’ renewals and receivables, continuously improving the sales process, and working with an account manager to prepare reports. You will also be the first point of contact for customer queries and concerns, maintaining positive business and customer relationships to extend customer lifetime value. Additionally, you will work with an onboarding specialist to ensure customer success and a smooth onboarding experience, as well as participate and contribute in Sales meetings. Requirements: – Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales. – Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular). – Good product demonstration and pitching skills. – Understanding of sales performance metrics. – Excellent communication and negotiation skills. – Analytical and time-management skills. – BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
