Role Description:
This full-time on-site position requires a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving new business development, generating leads and new sales opportunities, as well as managing accounts.
Qualifications:
- New Business Development and Lead Generation Skills
- Excellent Business and Communication Skills
- Account Management Skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Ability and experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
- Proactive, Independent, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Prior experience in a B2B sales or business development role preferred
- Experience in the call center/BPO industry preferred but not required
