Job Description
JLPS Group is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive with proven experience in cold calling, client engagement, and successful sales conversions. The perfect candidate will be confident on calls, persuasive communicators, and committed to meeting monthly sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound calling initiatives.
- Convert leads into successful sales outcomes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients.
- Regularly update and manage CRM systems.
Requirements: Proven experience in cold calling or telesales, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
