Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Bidding Expertise: Actively participate in bidding on Upwork and similar platforms to secure new projects and clients.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and managing expectations effectively.
- Market Research: Identify potential business opportunities and conduct market research to understand industry trends.
- Proposal Development: Create and present compelling proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our services.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development.
- Proven experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for client management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
