Job Description
Menras is a prominent group with interests in real estate, health recruitment, exhibition management, and more. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in expanding international accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Develop proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Track sales metrics and collaborate internally for project success.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of sales experience, focus on international accounts.
- Proficiency in English, adaptability, and independence.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Compensation:
- Base salary: 120,00 – 140,00 PKR per month.
- Commission based on KPIs and project closures.
