Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team at Odacious as a Business Development Executive for our Packaging Business.
Job Description:
- Contacting potential clients via email, phone, business proposals, etc. for sales
- Building relationships with prospective clients
- Identifying and developing new sales leads through various techniques such as networking, cold calling, and email campaigns
- Managing and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients
- Facilitating negotiation with clients
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics
- Providing market insights and recommendations to enhance services and strategies
- Meeting daily goals for calling and lead generation
- Delivering presentations to both prospective clients and internal executives
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
- Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Development Executive
- Strong marketing and sales background would be a plus
- Experience in the packaging industry would be a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Field sales experience would be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
